Our story

A building is only as good as its finish, and only as valuable as its upkeep.

Modern construction is rising fast across Malawi. New offices, homes, shops and apartments are completed every month, and then too often left to wear. Scuffed walls, cracked tiles, sagging ceilings and tired finishes slowly eat away at the value of a space.
